The ACC developed three levels of D2B partnership for strategic organizations differentiated primarily based on promotional commitments of the organizations.  Strategic organizations could include associations, agencies, or companies with interest in improved cardiovascular care or care related to STEMI patients.  These levels of agreement are not intended for primary PCI hospitals, which should join as participants by registering with the D2B website. 

The critical aspect of all three of these levels of partnership is that no financial resources are requested from your organization.  Briefly, here are the three levels of partnership:

Collaborator - agrees to publicly endorse and actively promote D2B and permits ACC to use its logo and name in promotional efforts; commits to a recruitment goal related to D2B participation of 20% of primary PCI hospitals in its "network." Click Here to Download the Collaborator D2B Agreement
